Mary-Peg Miller
President

Mary-Peg has more than 30 year of experience in communications, digital design and branding. She has worked with clients spanning a wide range of industries and has been the recipient of numerous awards. Mary-Peg's creative ability to build a client’s brand equity while conveying their strategies is a proven success. She is proud of her client and employee retention and prouder still of her husband and son.

She enjoys traveling, running and biking.
John Rossey
Account Executive/Graphic Designer

For more than 16 years, John has been putting his degree from the Art Institute to good use. His extensive experience in creating logos, advertising campaigns, product packaging, direct mail and brochures, have earned him a number of awards. Proficient in web design, digital photography and the latest software, he’s always on the cutting-edge of design.

When not glued to his computer, creating award-winning designs, you can find John coaching his three children on various soccer fields in Western Pa.
Lee Kairis
Accountant

With over 17 years of experience, Lee has the kind of rock-solid accounting skills to keep any agency in good standing, and she does just that for Miller Creative Group. Managing all the weekly accounts receivables and payables, Lee is intimately familiar with the numbers side of every project. Previously, Lee was with the CPA firm of Lally & Lally, and the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Illinois University in 1986 and her CPA certification in 1995.
Michael Vogel
Creative Director, Web Designer

Mike is a driven creative visionary. When it comes to working in a digital space, Mike is more than comfortable, always staying on top of industry trends. With more than 20 years working with great clients and award-winning projects, Mike is a proven creative force.

When not contributing to our visual world, you’ll find him in his other life as a father and referee to two beautiful daughters.
Matt Gilligan
Designer/Front-end Developer

Matt Gilligan is a Clarion University graduate with over 10 years experience in graphic design and web design. He is proficient in html, css, content management systems and databases. He is also skilled in video and audio editing, as well as voiceover.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys listening to podcasts and walking his dog.
Andrea Laurion
Writing and Strategy

After receiving her degree in Professional Writing from La Roche College, Andrea spent nearly five years writing and editing in the newspaper industry. It was there that she perfected her attention to detail and ability to meet strict daily deadlines. This experience translated into success in other areas of communication, including social media, blogging and educational content creation.
